Correctly answer the following questions based on the current updates (you can use The Merck Manual online) to be entered in a drawing to win a print or handheld version of The Manual.

Raffle Rules:

The raffle is open to healthcare professionals only, except healthcare professionals in Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom and where otherwise prohibited by law. By entering the raffle, you are representing that you are a healthcare professional.
All participants who opt-in to participate in the raffle at the completion of the MinIQuiz and have answered all questions correctly will have a chance to win. One name will be chosen at random one month after each Newsletter is sent. You may win only once.

There is no connection between the random selection of raffle winners and prescription or sale of the Company's products.
If your name is chosen, Merck & Co, Inc will contact you via email. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. Please be sure to use a valid email address and to supply a telephone number to allow Merck to notify you should you be a winner. Emails will come from the Merck email address merckmanuals@merck.com Please be sure you can receive emails from this address.

Winners must respond to the notification message within 3 weeks of the date on which the email was sent to claim the prize.
Winners will be asked to supply a complete mailing address and a short biographical paragraph about their healthcare profession.

Winner's name and biographical information will be posted in The Merck Manual Minute following each drawing.

Winners will be given an opportunity to select a prize of either The Merck Manual, 18th Edition in hard copy or the PDA download version. Health care professional winners in Poland will be awarded a printed copy of The Merck Manual, 18th Edition, in the Polish language. No prize will be awarded where prohibited by law.

Winners will receive their chosen prize within 15 business days of responding to winner notification.

Merck will use the personal information you provide in response to a notification message to mail your free copy of The Merck Manual 18th Edition in hard copy or to facilitate the PDA download, should you win.
